Director of Client Services, Tenants Victoria
Agata is the Director of Client Services at Tenants Victoria, the specialist rental law community legal centre in Victoria. There she leads an interdisciplinary team of lawyers, non-legal advocates and a financial counsellor in providing renters the support they need, when they need it. Through this work she sees the impact that sub-standard, insecure or unaffordable housing, or the lack of it, has on people’s lives. She has over 10 years’ experience working in the community legal sector, including as lawyer, policy manager, and organisational leader. Agata has served on community boards including at Social Security Rights Victoria. She holds a Masters in Law (Public and International Law), and in 2015, she was awarded the Victorian Law Foundation Community Legal Centre Fellowship.
