Sarah Anderson

Sarah Anderson (she/her) is a long-term member of Northcote Rental Housing Cooperative in Melbourne where she has served on the Board and numerous committees and more recently two terms as Chairperson. Sarah has worked in information provision and research roles in libraries and the community sector and currently works part time as a bookseller. A passionate advocate for the co-operative model and principles, Sarah and her two children have enjoyed the significant benefits of living in long term secure rental housing in a supportive community. Sarah has an Arts Honours degree majoring in politics and history and a Postgrad Certificate in Arts both from the University of Melbourne and is preparing to pursue a higher degree focusing on housing policy and history.
