Rebecca Pinkstone has spent the past 19 years working in social and affordable housing. As CEO of Bridge Housing, Rebecca leads a committed team of 100 staff providing housing services that change the lives. More than 5,600 people live in 3,571* Bridge Housing social and affordable homes across metropolitan Sydney.

Under Rebecca's leadership, Bridge Housing continues to build upon its reputation as a Tier One Community Housing Provider by embodying the values of integrity, inclusion and innovation. Before joining Bridge Housing in 2013, Rebecca worked for the NSW Government in a variety of senior roles to deliver major social housing reforms to improve services and grow the community housing sector.

During that time, Rebecca worked in the areas of social planning, crime prevention and domestic violence in both state and local government.

Rebecca holds a Masters in Policy, BA Social Sciences (Honours) and Grad Cert, Adult Education and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rebecca was elected Chair of CHIA NSW in 2022 and is a NSW Branch member of the Australasian Housing Institute.
