Pam Barker

Pam Barker is the CEO of Brisbane Youth Service (BYS) which works to support homeless and vulnerable young people, and their children, to secure and maintain housing, address physical and mental health issues, establish successful relationships and support networks, and access pathways to education and employment. Pam has worked with children and young people for more than 10 years; she has a passion for achieving better long-term outcomes for children and young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness especially those in out-of-home care. Pam has worked across the corporate private sector, policy, advocacy and in service delivery.
