Natalie Clark

Natalie Clark has 16 years’ experience in the NSW social housing sector. She is currently the Manager of the Housing Policy, Quality and Review Team which is leading on DCJ Housing’s contribution towards Closing the Gap. Natalie is passionate about supporting vulnerable people and strives to break disadvantage through her work in private market assistance products, crime prevention and antisocial behaviour reform, domestic and family violence intervention and prevention, and Aboriginal service delivery reform.

She has previously worked on DCJ’s response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, the Domestic Violence Death Review Team, the Housing and Mental Health Agreement, and transitioning DCJ Housing tenants and clients from the former Ageing, Disability and Home Care agency to the National Disability Insurance Scheme. This experience has shaped Natalie’s person-centred, holistic and collaborative approach to service delivery.
