Linda Hahn

Linda Hahn, a founding member of the Housing Older Women (HOW) Movement, first experienced homelessness at age 55. Prior to this she had been educated to College Diploma level, worked in several management positions, raised her son, and owned houses in the UK and Australia.

Her 3-year period of homelessness had a huge impact on her physical and mental health, friendships, family relationships, and finances.

Through the HOW Movement, she advocates to ensure that Older Women have safe, secure, and affordable housing appropriate to their needs, which fosters wellbeing and enables ageing in place.
