Kirsty Moore

Kirsty leads Indigenous Business Australia (IBA), a Commonwealth Government commercial entity which delivers financial services to advance the economic circumstances of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Australia. IBA achieves it purposes through provision of supported, concessional home loans for first home buyers and commercial finance to early stage and growing Indigenous businesses.

Kirsty joined IBA in 2018 after three years as a senior director with the WA Government where she had responsibility for shared equity and asset management of the $14.5bn WA social housing asset portfolio. A Councillor for the Australian Institute of Company Directors in WA and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Kirsty has a strong background in technical accounting, corporate governance, and commercial finance. Prior to joining the public sector, Kirsty worked for National Australia Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
