Geoff Aigner

Geoff has over 23 years’ experience as a senior executive in government, corporate and community services roles.

Having led large divisions across government and non-government organisations in program and service delivery, client experience and community development, Geoff is currently the acting Executive Group Manager for the Housing Assistance Division in the ACT Government’s Community Services Directorate. The ACT public housing portfolio comprises over 11,000 properties, giving homes to over 22,000 Canberrans.

He currently leads the delivery of a $650 million program of public housing growth and renewal, as well as repairs and maintenance, capital works, housing and homelessness policy and tenancy management.

Geoff has led and implemented major service design, and change and innovation programs, in the community services sector, focusing on human-centered design to deliver the best outcome for the client and improve service delivery.
