Elizabeth Kelso has 15 years of experience in the professional services and charitable sectors - with expertise in business development, partnerships management and communications.

Since 2019, Elizabeth has played a key role in the strategy and communications team at leading community housing provider BHC, helping to guide the organisation through their impact and measurement journey.

She has been pivotal in the establishment of the BHC Impact Fund - a vehicle which directly invests in services and programs that assist BHC's residents to reach their housing, wellbeing and employment goals.

Elizabeth is particularly interested in how social impact measurement can support strategic growth, demonstrate value for funders and partners, and communicate the difference that housing providers can make.
