Dorothee Crawley

Dorothee Crawley is the Director for Service Delivery with CatholicCare Wilcannia-Forbes; she is based in Forbes, Central Western NSW. In 1991, Dorothée’s life journey took her from Germany to Outback NSW, quite literally to the Back’O’Bourke.  In 2002, she became CatholicCare’s first familyworker, based in Bourke. It was in that role that she developed a passion for families having a say in the design of the services they need. In her role as Director of Service Delivery, Dorothée supports the CatholicCare leadership team in identifying service gaps, exploring solutions, and designing and implementing these in collaboration with key stakeholders including service users and service providers.
