Darren is the Executive Manager of BlueCHP Limited, a not-for-profit developer and Tier 1 Community Housing Provider offering Social, Affordable and Disability accommodation to >2,000 residents in a Build to Rent housing portfolio.

With 25 years’ experience as a property professional, Darren’s career includes senior roles responsible for business development & strategy, project feasibility, design, development and operation.

Darren is a member of the Queensland Housing Supply Expert Panel, Chairperson QShelter, peak organisation for the housing and homelessness sector in Queensland, and former Board Member of CHIA QLD.
